Nomads was opened on Commercial Street in 2002 with the vision to create a unique shopping experience for both locals and folks from away. From the beginning, Nomads has been committed to carrying brands like Prana, Toad & Co., Kuhl, and Patagonia not only for their superior products, but also for their commitment to social and environmental causes whose missions we also support. Nomads was founded by Kelly Fernald and Todd Forsyth, who passed the torch to Hannah Wolken, a longtime Nomads customer, in 2022.
